Application Checking
If you have prepared your application independently and simply seek reassurance, our Application Checking Service may be ideal for you. We will review your completed application and supporting documents, identifying any errors, omissions, or potential issues that might lead to a refusal. Because this service involves a detailed examination and the assumption of significant responsibility, it is usually charged at an hourly rate. The specific rate will depend on the level of expertise required for your case.
Initial Consultation
For new matters, we provide an initial consultation lasting between 30 minutes and one hour. This meeting can take place face-to-face, over the telephone, via email, or a combination thereof. In some cases, we may review your documents before the consultation. Additionally, we offer a complimentary initial consultation on Fridays from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. During this session, we will clearly outline your case, discuss your options, provide an estimate of costs, and explain the necessary steps forward. Should you decide to instruct us further, the fee for this initial consultation will be deducted from your overall fee quote. Alternatively, you are free to proceed independently.
Full Representation
